Meghan Schiraldi is an experienced professional in product development and engineering within the aviation and materials science industries. Currently serving as Product Development Manager and Senior R&D Technician at Schneller LLC since March 2011, Meghan leads Six Sigma yield improvement projects and develops new thermoplastic sheet products. Previous roles include Director of Special Projects and Independent Consultant at Aeroclay, where responsibilities encompassed customer interaction, marketing, grant writing, and technical content development. Meghan also has experience as a Six Sigma Analyst at Dominion East Ohio Gas, a Commercialization Associate at Case Western Reserve University, and an intern at NASA Glenn Research Center. Meghan holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science and Engineering, complemented by skills in Lean, Six Sigma, and project management.
