The Schnicke Development Group is the result of a long partnership between Mark Schnicke and David Brooks. When the pair met in 2000 during the purchase of land that would become Oasis Shores in Loveland, OH, they knew they had found a kindred spirit. Through the process of developing Oasis Shores, Mark and David discovered that they share a similar set of principles:

Since that first development, Mark and David have worked on several residential and commercial developments together. Their teamwork and 40+ combined years of real estate development experience, means they have the expertise to guide any project from site selection through financing, design, and branding.
