Suvi Wesa

Suvi Wesa, MRED, is an experienced real estate development professional with a strong background in operations, marketing, and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Real Estate Development Manager at Schnitzer Properties since March 2022, Suvi previously held the role of Director of Real Estate Development at Day Wireless Systems from 2016 to March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Christopher K Robinson P.C. & Property Tax Analytics, Inc. from 2012 to 2015, where expertise encompassed commercial property tax and valuation analysis as well as taxpayer representation. Additionally, as a self-employed consultant from 2010 to 2012, Suvi provided advisory services on business development and property management while pursuing a graduate degree. Early career experience includes significant roles at River Park Center Executive Suites, which involved establishing market presence and managing operations. Suvi earned a Master of Real Estate Development from Portland State University in 2013 and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, focusing on Real Estate and Urban Studies & Planning, in 2010.
