Douglas Zabel serves as the Managing Partner at Schnitzer West, LLC, where Douglas leads investment and development activities in Colorado. Previously, Douglas held roles such as Senior Investment Manager and Investment Manager at the company. Prior to Schnitzer West, Douglas worked as the Director of Acquisitions at SRS Investments. Douglas holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rollins College.
