Adam Goraj

Adam Goraj is an experienced manufacturing professional with over 18 years in the industry, currently serving as the Global Process Owner Manufacturing at Schoeller Allibert since April 2017. In this role, Adam guides the execution of manufacturing processes and ensures compliance with company goals, while also defining strategies for manufacturing and continuous improvement through ERP systems. Previous positions include Global Manufacturing Expert and Production Department Manager at Schoeller Allibert, and Production Shift Manager at Seoyon Electronics Poland, where Adam managed large teams and drove continuous improvement initiatives.
