Adam Mucha has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Adam started their career in 2003 as an Engineer of Automations at Schoeller Allibert, where they worked until 2004. Adam then worked as a Production Engineer from 2004 to 2006, followed by roles as a Production Manager (2007-2009) and Plant Manager (2007-2009). From 2009 to 2012, they served as an Operations Manager/Supply Chain Manager Central East Europe. In 2012, they took on the role of Operations Director East Europe, where they were responsible for various operational and budgetary tasks. Most recently, they have been serving as the Group Operations Director since June 2021. Apart from their tenure at Schoeller Allibert, Adam also held the positions of Managing Director/President of the Board at AKKnet from 2001 onwards and Network Administrator at ASK CiderNET from 2001 to 2004.
Adam Mucha attended The Silesian University of Technology from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Automatic Control and Robotics. In 2009, they enrolled in Ośrodek Doradztwa i Treningu Kierowniczego and studied Managing production and logistic for a year. In 2007, Adam pursued a Postgraduate degree in Managing the company at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach, which they completed in 2008. Most recently, in 2021, they acquired a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company.
