Jerod Hurst

Jerod Hurst is currently the Principal Scientist in Bioanalysis at Scholar Rock, a position held since 2025. They previously worked at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. as Principal Scientist, Bioanalysis & BDPK, overseeing method development and team management. Earlier, Jerod served as a Senior Scientist at Merck and an R&D Scientist II at Honeywell. Their academic background includes a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University at Buffalo and a B.S. in Chemistry from Ohio Northern University, alongside experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Laboratory Assistant.
