Stephanie Fitzgerald

Stephanie Fitzgerald has extensive experience in retail management, holding various managerial roles since 2003, with a focus on customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager and Store Manager at Scholar's Choice since August 2016, Stephanie excels at delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining relationships with outside sales customers. Previous positions include Store Manager at Reitmans and Scholar's Choice, where responsibilities encompassed goal planning, staff scheduling, hiring, training, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Earlier roles include Store Manager at Thyme Maternity and Co-Store Manager at The Children's Place, both of which further developed skills in customer service and store operations. Stephanie is a graduate of Donaghadee High School, completing studies in 1986.
