Kelsie Aamot is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at Scholarship America since September 2013. Kelsie has progressed through various roles within the organization, including HR Generalist and HR Representative. Prior to Scholarship America, Kelsie worked at Taylor Corporation from June 2011 to September 2013 as an HR Representative, where responsibilities expanded to include Generalist tasks while supporting the VP of Human Resources and Corporate HR department. Kelsie began the HR career as a Human Resources Intern, gaining valuable experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. Kelsie earned a Bachelor's degree in General Management with a focus on Human Resources and Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato, in 2011.
