Heidi Goodwin

Heidi Quiroz Goodwin has extensive experience in administrative management and education, currently serving as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara since March 2022. Previously, at The Waldorf School of Santa Barbara, Heidi held various roles including Business Administrator and Business Manager from June 2016 to December 2021, where Heidi Quiroz co-administered the school, created balanced annual budgets, implemented critical financial reporting processes, and increased student enrollment by 30% over three years. Heidi also worked at the Santa Barbara County Elections Office as an Administrative Office Professional I, where responsibilities included recruiting election poll workers and assisting voters. Earlier career experience includes serving as Enrollment Director at The Waldorf School and as Resident Manager at The Westwinds Apartments, supporting students and families. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from UC Santa Barbara.
