Joel Lopez

Joel Lopez is an experienced publishing and production professional with a strong background in technology and operations management. Since January 2022, Joel has been serving as the Publishing Technology Lead at Scholastic. Prior roles include Production Operations Manager at Condé Nast from May 2021 to January 2022, and Platform Operations Manager at ettain group from March 2018 to April 2021. Joel also held various positions at PWX Solutions, including Senior Manager of Digital Operations and Digital Account Manager. Earlier experience includes over a decade at Condé Nast, starting as a Production Coordinator and advancing to Digital Production Manager. Joel's career commenced at The New York Times as a Quality Specialist and included a role as Advertising Production Coordinator at InStyle. Joel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts Production Management and an Associate's Degree in Graphic Arts Advertising Production Management, both from The City University of New York.
