Rachel Partridge has over 25 years of experience in marketing and public relations, currently serving as the Group Marketing & PR and Schools Commercial Director at Scholastic since June 2013. In this role, Rachel leads a diverse team of 22, overseeing retail trade, direct and digital marketing, and public relations, in addition to managing a sales team of over 50. Rachel is a key member of the senior management team, focusing on strategy, revenue, and profitability across business operations in the UK and Ireland. Prior to Scholastic, Rachel held multiple marketing positions at Penguin Books, including UK & International Marketing & PR Director, and worked as a Senior Product Manager at Universal Pictures. Rachel holds a BA Hons 1st Class in English from De Montfort University.
