Zaid Rashid

Zaid Rashid is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Since August 2017, Zaid has held various roles at Scholastic, progressing from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer, and currently serves as Principal Software Engineer. Prior to that, Zaid worked as a Network Technician Tier 2 at the University of Georgia, providing troubleshooting support for campus network issues. Zaid also gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Northeastern University Research Computing, where development work in Python included the creation of documentation for ease of future use. Additionally, Zaid interned as a Marketing Intern at Cisco, focusing on market analysis for second screen applications. Zaid holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Georgia and graduated from Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science and Technology with a high school diploma.
