Mike Dawkins

Mike Dawkins is an experienced Contract Negotiator at the School Administrators Association of New York State. Mike also serves as the Regional Representative and APPR Specialist for Region 5. At SUNY Oneonta, Mike works as a College Supervisor for student teachers in social studies. Previously, Mike held positions as Middle High School Principal and Assistant Principal in various school districts. Mike holds a Doctor of Education, a Masters in Education, a BA in history, and an Associate of Arts degree.
