Leah Myrick

Leah Myrick is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and clinical management. Leah has been serving as a Health Occupations Teacher at the School Board of Levy County since October 2021, while also working as the Clinical Manager at On Point Home Health, LLC since August 2019. Previous roles include Infection Control Nurse and RN IP consultant at SmartSteward, RN Case Manager at Brooks Rehabilitation, and various nursing positions at AYERS HEALTH & REHABILITATION CENTER, LLC and North Florida Regional Medical Center. Leah holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Chamberlain University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Nursing Education at Aspen University, expected to be completed by June 2026.
