Rick Halley

Rick Halley currently serves as the Coordinator of Gifted Education at School District 197 in West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan, MN, a position held since August 2014. Additionally, Rick is involved with Wayzata Public Schools as an educator specializing in Secondary Communication Arts and holds a K12 Principal Licensure, starting in September 2011. Previous experience includes roles as an educator at Farmington Public Schools from September 2005 to June 2011 and at Bloomington Public Schools from July 1999 to June 2005. Rick Halley holds a K-12 Education Administration degree from St. Mary's University, completed between 2010 and 2013, as well as a Master's degree in Communication Arts from the University of Nebraska at Kearney (1997-2000) and a degree from Hamline University focusing on Secondary Education Licensure in Communication Arts and Literature (2003-2005). The foundational education was acquired at Winona State University, earning a Bachelor of Education degree between 1987 and 1990.
