Rick Halley

Rick Halley currently serves as the Coordinator of Gifted Education at School District 197 in West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan, MN, a position held since August 2014. Additionally, Rick is involved with Wayzata Public Schools as an educator specializing in Secondary Communication Arts and holds a K12 Principal Licensure, starting in September 2011. The foundational education was acquired at Winona State University, earning a Bachelor of Education degree between 1987 and 1990.
