Mike Smeltzer

Mike Smeltzer has extensive experience in personnel management and systems, currently serving as the Position Control Specialist and Personnel Systems Manager for the School District of Indian River County since June 2006. In this role, Mike oversees the automated personnel system and the position control system, ensuring effective service in personnel database management and manpower allocation. Previously, Mike served as a Personnel Sergeant in the United States Army from August 1992 to November 2004. Mike holds a Master's degree in Organizational Learning & Leadership from Barry University (2010-2011) and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Mary (2000-2002).
