Colleen Yenser, PMP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Technology for the School District of Lancaster, overseeing the technology operations for sixteen schools and one administrative building. With extensive experience in technology management across various educational institutions, Colleen has held positions such as Executive Director of Application Development at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and Director of Technology at Downingtown Area School District and Perkiomen Valley School District. Colleen’s expertise includes managing network infrastructure, security systems, and user support, along with developing information management systems. Colleen holds a Master of Business Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Educational Leadership, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Information Systems from Elizabethtown College.
