Don Trost currently serves as Principal at the School District of Lancaster since June 2014, following a similar role at New Hope Academy Charter School from August 2010 to June 2014. Prior experience includes a Principal position with the Maryland State Department of Education, where responsibilities encompassed instructional leadership, staff development, and program management from May 2004 to July 2008. Don Trost also held a Principal role at Youth Services International while initially instructing in subjects such as Middle and High School Math and Social Studies. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Science in Education from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's of Science in Secondary Education from Westchester University.
