Jeremy Raff

Director Of Data Analytics at School District of Lancaster

Jeremy Raff, DPA, currently serves as the Director of Data Analytics for the School District of Lancaster, where responsibilities include coordinating communication between departments and enhancing college and career readiness programs. Additionally, Jeremy is a Strategic Data Project Fellow with the Harvard Strategic Data Project and an Adjunct Professor at Eastern Mennonite University, teaching Organizational Behavior and Team Leadership. Previously, as Assistant Executive Director at The Mix, Jeremy managed grant funding and organizational partnerships while overseeing youth development programs. Jeremy's early career includes a role as Critical Home Repair Coordinator with Habitat for Humanity, where skills in community partnership development were honed. Academically, Jeremy has earned a Doctorate in Public Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies and Sociology from Houghton University.
