Kathi Loferski

Kathi Loferski has extensive experience in education, serving the School District of Lancaster since August 1996 in various roles, including Program Manager of After School & Summer Enrichment Programming and Coordinator for Extended Day/Year Programs. In these positions, Kathi has coordinated after-school academic programs across 21 sites, managing a $3.25 million annual budget and supporting approximately 2,500 K-12 students with a team of 300 educators. Additional roles include Coordinator for Tutoring, Math and Literacy Instructional Facilitator, and various teaching positions spanning grades 6-8 and gifted education. Kathi began a career in education with earlier roles as a student teacher and assistant teacher, and holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Millersville University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
