Paddy Muench has extensive experience in education, currently serving as Principal at the School District of Lancaster since August 2014, with previous roles including Interim Principal, Principal Resident, 6th Grade Science Teacher, and 5th Grade Teacher. Prior experience includes teaching 4th grade at MCPS from June 2013 to June 2014. Paddy Muench holds a Master of Education in Leadership for Teaching and Learning from Millersville University of Pennsylvania (July 2020 - May 2022), a Master of Education in Assessment, Curriculum, and Teaching with a focus on Integrative STEM Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania (2017 - 2019), and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania (2009 - 2013). Additionally, Paddy Muench studied at the University of Limerick from 2010 to 2011.
