Darien Hiller is an experienced music educator and tutor currently serving as a General Music Teacher for the School District of New Berlin since August 2022, where responsibilities include teaching General Music to grades K-6 and conducting an extracurricular choir and musical for students in grades 4-6. Concurrently, Hiller has been a tutor with Varsity Tutors since June 2021, providing instruction in a variety of subjects, including music theory and audition preparation. Previous teaching experience includes a position as a General Music Teacher at Milwaukee Public Schools from August 2020 to June 2022. Hiller's career also encompasses administrative roles at HomeTrust Mortgage Corporation and Carthage College, where Hiller served as an Office Administrative Assistant and Music Theatre History Tutor. Hiller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education and Music Theatre from Carthage College and is currently pursuing a Master of Music in Music Theatre Vocal Pedagogy at the same institution, expected to graduate in May 2024.
