Kristine Springer currently serves as Associate Principal at the School District of New Berlin, a position held since June 2020, after a prior role as Associate Principal in the Muskego-Norway School District. Springer has extensive experience in guiding professional learning communities, coaching educators, and leading safety practices, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing student opportunities and promoting a positive school culture. Previous roles include English Teacher at New Berlin Eisenhower High School, where Springer taught a variety of English courses, and at St. Mary Catholic School, teaching middle school English. Springer's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Secondary Education, and Spanish from Cardinal Stritch University.
