Meghan McPhail Ketterman

Meghan McPhail Ketterman, Ph.D., is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Owner of Oconee Hospitality, a luxury short-term rental property management company, since August 2017. In this role, Meghan focuses on creating exceptional vacation rental experiences that foster connections between homeowners and guests, emphasizing appreciation for nature and the community of Oconee County. Additionally, Meghan has been a School Board Trustee for the School District of Oconee County since November 2020. Previously, Meghan held positions including Director of Business Development at Contract Construction, Inc., and Assistant Director of SC 4-H at Clemson University, where responsibilities included overseeing youth livestock programs and mentoring initiatives.
