Brianne MacNamara

Brianne MacNamara is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Principal at The School District of Philadelphia since July 2021. Previously, Brianne has held the roles of Head of Instruction and English Teacher at Building 21 since August 2015. Additional teaching experience includes a position as Literature Teacher at Mastery Charter Schools from August 2013 to June 2014 and as an English Teacher at DSST Public Schools from June 2011 to June 2013. Brianne's educational qualifications include a degree in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University, a degree in Secondary Education-English from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, and ongoing studies at Harvard Extension School since June 2023.
