Crystal M. Edwards

Crystal M. Edwards, Ed.D, serves as a School Principal at The School District of Philadelphia since July 2014, where responsibilities include leading faculty to deliver high-quality instruction and managing a team of over 65 educators. Previous roles include Assistant Principal, where Crystal administered a 9th Grade Academy, and Instructional Leadership Coach, focusing on principal development and goal tracking. In addition, Crystal is an Adjunct Professor at Delaware State University, teaching graduate-level courses on Educational Administrative Issues, and a Senior Consultant for ASCD, providing research and evaluation for educational policies.
