Ervin Miller

Ervin Miller is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in talent management and classroom instruction. Since July 2017, Ervin has served as a Senior Equity Training Specialist with The School District of Philadelphia, developing effective talent services for District leaders and collaborating with principals to address hiring needs. Prior roles include being a 5th Grade Math Teacher at Mastery Charter Schools and Training Coordinator at Einstein Healthcare Network. Ervin's teaching experience spans various grade levels and subjects, fostering a student-centered learning environment and integrating technology. Ervin holds a Master of Education in Urban Education and Leadership from Temple University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Gwynedd Mercy University, complemented by an Associate’s Degree from Montgomery County Community College in Early Childhood Education.
