Jessica Ramos

Jessica Ramos currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Russell Byers Charter School, a position held since July 2022. With extensive experience in education, Jessica has held various roles within The School District of Philadelphia since September 2006, including Assistant Superintendent and Principal of a K-8 school. Previous positions include Strategy Consultant at JDR Consulting LLC and teaching roles at Henry C Lea Elementary School and James Alcorn, where responsibilities included teaching middle years English and coordinating literacy enhancement. Jessica holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Saint Joseph's University and has obtained various degrees and certifications, including a Master's in Urban Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a PA Principal Certification from Temple University.
