Joshua W. Smith Jr. has extensive experience in education and program management, currently serving as a High School Mathematics and Special Education Teacher at The School District of Philadelphia since December 2014, where creative lesson plans and discipline strategies have improved student engagement. Joshua also worked in the Office of Attendance & Truancy, addressing student attendance issues for 44 schools and providing training and support to enhance overall student participation. Previous roles include Program Manager at Agora Cyber Charter School and Connections Education's C.C.A.
