Karla Gray Kelley

Karla Gray Kelley has extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Board of Trustee member for the School District of Pickens County since November 2018, Karla oversees initiatives for one of South Carolina's largest school districts, which includes over 26 campuses and a considerable student and faculty body. As Executive Vice President at Complete Commercial Solutions since 2006, Karla has contributed to the organization’s commitment to excellence in customer service. Prior experience includes roles in special projects at HealthPRO Heritage, where responsibilities involved clinician recruitment and marketing, as well as business development at The Budd Group, focusing on profitability and service enhancement. Earlier career work at Professional Rehabilitation involved recruiting and human resources for therapeutic staff. Karla attended Bob Jones University, completing college preparatory education from 1983 to 1988.
