Ben Speicher currently serves as Principal of Erdenheim Elementary within the School District of Springfield Township since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ben Speicher held several leadership positions at KIPP Philadelphia Schools, including Principal/School Leader and Chief Academic Officer/Head of Schools from July 2010 to June 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Fisher Fellow at the KIPP Foundation and as a Pre-K Teacher/New Teacher Coach at KIPP DC. Earlier career roles involved teaching 6th Grade Science and Social Studies and 5th Grade as a Teach For America Corps Member at the Alum Rock School District. Ben Speicher earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Pomona College and a Master's degree in Education Leadership from National Louis University.
