Jamal Bailey

Jamal Bailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management within the non-profit and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Wrap Around Services for the School District of University City since July 2021, Jamal oversees student service providers and evaluates partnerships for impact on schools and families. As the President of J. E. Bailey Non-profit Consulting Firm since May 2016, Jamal develops business strategies and leads a managerial team, ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency.
