Natalie Tucker

Natalie Tucker is an independent consultant, trainer, and coach specializing in capacity building and systems change for purpose-driven organizations. Since March 2019, Natalie Tucker Consulting has focused on maximizing impact for clients, complemented by a role as Lead Trainer & Assessor at MOE Foundation since October 2023, where training and certifying trainee coaches takes precedence. Additional experience includes work as a Social Entrepreneur Mentor with the School for Social Entrepreneurs, a Leadership Coach with Fair Collective, and various roles involving training delivery and leadership development for organizations such as Data Orchard and Climate Safe Lending Network. Natalie Tucker also contributed significantly as an Impact Manager at Social Tech Trust and facilitated CSR initiatives for corporate clients during tenure at Three Hands. An awardee of the Churchill Fellowship, Natalie Tucker holds a Master’s degree in Anthropology and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
