Donovan Lessard is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in program evaluation and data analysis within various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst and Research Manager at the School Nutrition Association since February 2019, Donovan specializes in survey development, secondary data analysis, and the creation of research resources for school nutrition professionals. Prior to this role, Donovan was the Director of Research Programs & Evaluation at the Physician Assistant Education Association, where responsibilities included developing faculty resources and overseeing national survey evaluations. Earlier experience includes program evaluation at the National REACH Coalition and academic support as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Donovan holds a Master of Arts in Sociology & Women, Gender, Sexuality Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Augsburg University.
