Raya Bidshahri

Raya Bidshahri has a diverse work experience across various organizations and roles. Raya is currently the Founder and CEO of the School of Humanity, an online high school that focuses on real-world projects and personalized learning journeys. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Awecademy, an online platform that prepares young minds for the future by allowing them to solve grand challenges, connect with global thinkers, and access awe-inspiring educational programs.

Raya has also worked as a Business Development Manager at SheWorks!, a contingent workforce platform that connects professional women with job opportunities. In addition, they served as the Operational Lead - SHE SIG at i4j Innovation for Jobs by IIIJ Foundation, where they coordinated think tanks, captured narratives, and assisted with future events related to the Supercritical Human Elevated Economy (SHE) Platform.

Raya has also contributed to the field of artificial intelligence as an AI Advisor at Sofiia.io, where they kept the team updated on the latest news and curated research projects. Raya has engaged in research projects as well, working as a Researcher at the Department of Philosophy at MCHPS University, where they explored the ethical, legal, and social implications of theories of autism.
