Heather Ricardi

Heather Ricardi is an experienced educator with a robust background in teaching across various grade levels. Currently a teacher at the School of the Incarnation since August 2019, Heather has previously served as a 5th Grade Teacher for Anne Arundel County Public Schools and has held teaching positions in multiple elementary schools, including Lake Youngs Elementary, Plentywood Elementary, and Medicine Lake School. Heather's expertise includes designing and implementing lesson plans aligned with state standards, differentiating instruction for diverse learners, and collaborating with fellow educators to enhance classroom strategies. Heather holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
