Carol Norman

Carol Norman is an accomplished educational leader with a diverse background in school administration and teaching. Currently serving as the Principal at St. Mary Catholic School since June 2022, Carol also leads the STEM Program at St. Catherine of Siena School and has held the position of Vice Principal and Algebra Teacher at the School Of The Madeleine since August 2017. Throughout various roles, Carol has demonstrated expertise in school accreditation processes, grant writing, curriculum development, and student behavior management. With a strong academic foundation that includes an Education Specialist Program from National Louis University and a Master’s in Teaching from National-Louis University, Carol has received multiple accolades for educational excellence, including the Bishop O'Neill Award for Catechetical excellence.
