Scott Kubie is a Principal Content Strategist at kubie.co, where a unique blend of content strategy, design thinking, and information architecture is utilized to address business and strategy challenges. Since January 2023, Scott serves as an instructor for the UX Writing course in the Interaction Design MFA program at the School of Visual Arts and frequently teaches a Content Strategy Fundamentals course at the School of Visual Concepts. Previous roles include staff UX content strategist positions at Mailchimp and a lead content strategist at Brain Traffic. Scott's background encompasses development of comprehensive content strategy deliverables, leadership in content strategy practices, and experience in various sectors including non-profit and broadcasting, highlighted by executive roles in the Greater Des Moines Music Coalition. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Drake University.
