Judy Roesch

Director of Customer Relations at School Outfitters

Judy Roesch has a wealth of experience in customer service and quality assurance. Judy began their career in 1999 at PharmaCare as a Customer Service Manager, where they were responsible for day-to-day call center operations and customer service quality and training at three sites. In 2006, they moved to Caremark as an Enterprise Training Manager, Customer Service and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of customer service training at four sites. Judy also consolidated the training department and curriculum as a result of a merger. In 2012, they joined School Outfitters as the Director of Customer Relations and was responsible for the overall quality of customer experience from order placement to delivery, including speed, attitude, accuracy, and efficiency. Judy also created process improvements and worked with IT to develop automated solutions.

Judy Roesch attended the University of Cincinnati. Judy also obtained an Ohio Notary certification from the State of Ohio in February 2015.
