Nicole Hilliker has over 15 years of work experience. Nicole began their career in 2001 as an Inbound Sales - Outbound Sales at Hubert Company. In 2007, they moved to MSC Industrial Supply Co. as an Inside Sales Associate. Finally, in 2012, they joined School Outfitters, where they have held various roles, including Senior Sales Project Manager, Sales Training and Development, Sales Project Manager, Assistant Buyer, Product Cost Specialist, and Sales Representative.

Nicole Hilliker earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College.
