Jonathan Horowitz

Broadcaster at School Space Media

Jonathan Horowitz is an experienced sport management instructor at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where courses taught include Sport Management and Sport Media Operations. In addition to academic duties, Jonathan serves as a play-by-play and public address announcer for various sports events, including those at the Colorado Collegiate Box Lacrosse League and the University of Denver. A versatile broadcaster, Jonathan writes, produces, and hosts content for "Colorado Prep Spotlight" and has been involved with social media broadcasting for the Arabian Jockey Club. Other roles include freelance reporting for Aurora News Weekly and a background in public relations with the American Quarter Horse Association. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mathematics from the University of Southern California.
