Michael Harris

Michael Harris has a diverse work experience with a focus on operations and sales. Michael began their career at Verizon Wireless as a Retail Sales Representative and later transitioned to a Sales Representative role. In 2013, they joined School Specialty as an Estimator and eventually progressed to become a Black Belt Designate, where they earned Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and coached multiple Green Belts. From 2018 to 2022, Michael served as an Operations Manager at School Specialty, and is currently the Director of Operations, overseeing two distribution centers with a significant annual revenue of over $350 million.

Michael Harris earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Ashland University in 2008. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, completing it in 2010. In 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from School Specialty.
