Shelton Lyda

Shelton Lyda has been working in the technology industry since 2006. Shelton began their career as a Web Designer at Extensioncoders, where they created and maintained websites for various organizations and developed Google Chrome extensions. In 2007, they took on an Intern Programmer role at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). In 2008, they worked as a Web Designer at Longwood University Health and Fitness Center. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at Blackboard K-12, where they held the roles of Principal Technical Consultant, Data Integration Engineer I, and Data Integration Specialist II. In their most recent role, they integrated Client data from SIS databases to Blackboard Products and customized SQL queries and scripts to pull data with correct formatting. Currently, Shelton is a Senior Data Integration Engineer at SchooLinks.

Shelton Lyda attended Longwood University from 2007 to 2012, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Matoaca High School from 2003 to 2007, with a Technology and Music Concentration.
