Victoria Coutee

Victoria Coutee, MBA has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. Victoria worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from November 2017 to July 2019. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in the field. From July 2019 to October 2020, Victoria worked as an HR/Operations Administrator at Gordon Technologies, LLC. In this role, they provided logistical, administrative, and analytical support for multiple projects in addition to handling various HR tasks such as processing payroll, coordinating benefits, and managing employee onboarding and offboarding. In August 2020, Victoria joined the University of Louisiana at Lafayette again, this time as an Informatics Teaching Assistant. Victoria continued in this role until January 2021. Most recently, Victoria has been working at SchoolMint, starting as a Customer Success Specialist from July 2021 to January 2022. Victoria then advanced to the role of Customer Experience Manager from February 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Customer Experience Manager & Product Owner.

Victoria Coutee, MBA has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Florida International University. Victoria also has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. In addition, they hold a Bachelor's degree in G.S. in Psychology from Louisiana State University-Alexandria. Victoria has obtained certifications in Success Foundations for Professionals Leading Customer Outcomes from Growth Molecules™ and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.
