Jonathan Loyola

Jonathan Loyola has extensive experience in loan processing and customer service, currently serving as a Real Estate Loan Processor II at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union since December 2017, where responsibilities include reviewing real estate loan applications and verifying applicant documents. Previously, Jonathan held various roles, including Loan Adjuster 1, where collections and personalized solutions for delinquent loans were key tasks. Additional experience includes serving as a Server at Dave & Buster's Inc. and Mrs. Knotts Chicken Dinner Restaurant, as well as a Communications Outreach Intern at the PLUS ME project. Jonathan's career began in collections at Gateway One Lending & Finance, demonstrating strong communication skills and compliance with regulations. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from California State University-Dominguez Hills and an Associate's degree in Communication from Orange Coast College.
