Sam Banks is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in implementation and customer success management within the education sector. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at SchoolStatus since June 2019, Sam leads a team focused on new client implementations and monitoring client success through developed implementation journeys. Previously, Sam enhanced customer satisfaction as a Customer Success Manager at Illuminate Education, Inc. and provided product training at CaseNEX. Sam started in education as a Hospital Educator and a History Teacher, gaining valuable teaching experience and contributing to professional development discussions. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History Teacher Education from Bridgewater State University.
