Nicole Petrucco

Nicole Petrucco is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in client relations and sales support. Currently employed at Schoolwide, Inc. since June 2019, Nicole oversees the Success Coordinator and Admin roles, ensuring high contact ratios and client retention rates. Previously, Nicole held the same position at EZFacility for over a decade, where responsibilities included managing pre-sales reports, coordinating training sessions, and assisting clients with product inquiries.
