Mohamad Fajar Haqi Ismaya

Mohamad Fajar Haqi Ismaya has a diverse range of work experience. Mohamad Fajar Haqi started their career as the President of the Indonesian Student Association in Europe and America Region, leading 27,000 Indonesian students. Mohamad Fajar Haqi then served as a Vice President for the Indonesian Student Association in Turkey.

In 2017, they joined Schoters as the Chief Operating Officer, where they led a small team and created job descriptions, business products, and BtoB and BtoG networks. Mohamad Fajar Haqi also worked as an Assistant at Unsoed Korea Center and as the President of Sahabat Beasiswa Chapter Purwokerto, where they managed a team and developed new social community programs.

In their most recent positions, they served as the Special Staff of President of World Indonesian Student Association (PPI Dunia), supporting the President in managing political and managerial issues within 60 countries, and as the Head of Business Group at Omega Education Group, leading departments and implementing weekly meetings to track progress.

Currently, Mohamad Fajar Haqi Ismaya is the President of Kahmi Turki, representing the Assembly of Islamic Student Association Alumni in Turkey. And starting 2023, they will be joining Schoters as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnership.

Mohamad Fajar Haqi Ismaya holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Kocaeli University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman from 2012 to 2017. Mohamad Fajar Haqi also attended SMA Negeri 3 Bogor for their Senior High School education, specializing in Social Sciences from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as TAPLAI LEMHANNAS RI from Lembaga Ketahanan Nasional Republik Indonesia in 2020, President of PPI Amerika Eropa from PPI Dunia in 2019, Türkiye Bursları Alumni & World Networks from Türkiye Mezunları I Türkiye Alumni in 2018, CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPANT from United Nations Information Center in 2012, and C1 Turkish Language Course from Kocaeli University (year unknown).
