Filipe Foresto de M. Merli

Filipe Foresto de M. Merli has a diverse work experience. Filipe has worked at SCHOTT Pharma since 2018, where they served as the Head of Quality Systems and Processes. Prior to that, they worked at SCHOTT do Brasil from 2016 to 2018 as the QEHS Manager. From 2014 to 2018, they held the position of Regional Head of Quality - South America at SCHOTT. Before joining SCHOTT, Merli worked at SCHOTT do Brasil Ltda. - Divisão Embalagens from 2009 to 2016, starting as a Trainee/Graduate and later becoming the Quality Manager (Control, Assurance). Filipe began their career at Comgas in 2007 as a Maintenance intern - Mechanical Engineering. In 2006, they were the Captain of the FSAE Unicamp Team.

Filipe Foresto de M. Merli completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2003 to 2008. Filipe pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Quality Engineering and Management from PECE - Escola Politécnica da USP in 2011 to 2012. In 2015, they obtained a Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from Fundação Vanzolini, specializing in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
